The real estate agent recommended this store as we were looking to stage our townhouse for sale. The original builder carpets were not is good shape and the house needed new ones.
The sales man showed up with 4-5 sample carpets and we chose a Berber style that was neutral and gave a deposit. As we were looking to re-sell, we needed the carpets installed right away. They said there was no problem getting them installed by the end of the week.
On Wednesday, they called us up to say that the manufacturer had not yet shipped the carpet and they would not be able to install on the Friday as booked, but maybe on the Tuesday the following week. Sorry, NO, I am listing the house and need the carpet installed on the Friday as agreed. They did offer to use a different carpet that they had in stock,. I don't know if it was a better or worse carpet, but I was in the bind.
The installers came in on the Friday, and ripped out the old builders carpet and installed new ones. At first glance, they look fine, but if you get nit picky, the carpet has a pattern on it, and you can see that two of the 3 rooms, the carpet was not put in square to the walls. The pattern is not parallel to the wall, rather it's off by 5-6 degrees. Not something you'd notice right off, but once you realize it... I must be OCD.
