Cartier Kitchens

I can re-affirm Rosalia's review below in stating that our builder installed Cartier Kitchen is also of poor quality. Our cabinets are also ridden full of extra drill holes and some cabinets also appear to have been recycled. Our numerous follow ups with Cartier have resulted in: 1) No response or 2) push back from Cartier advising that the items in question are satisfactory to their standards. There is no method or consistency as to how they install their kitchen cabinetry. Screw hole locations are random, inconsistent and for the most part, visible and unfinished. I would not recommend any new home builder contract Cartier Kitchens for their projects until such time that they are able to get every aspect of their operation in order. From manufacturing, customer service, to installation, their management team needs to look themselves in the mirror and their operation requires a serious overhaul.

I have the misfortune of having a poor quality builder's kitchen provided and installed by Cartier. The interiors of my cabinets are full of holes meant for hardware or shelves that don't even exist. It's as though Cartier recycled mdf panels and slapped them together to build my condo kitchen. STANDARD finishes should not equate to garbage. I am so disappointed in the builder and even more so the kitchen company who should be embarrassed for what they are representing as their craft and workmanship.
I guess it’s true what they say it’s quality and not quantity. I guess this kitchen company cares about quantity and not the quality that clients believe they are paying for and are entitled to have in their homes.

Jamal was a pleasure to work with. He walked us through from planning to completion keeping us informed of everything the enitre time. This was a fairly large project for us and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Thanks Jamal!

We had an entire kitchen done by Cartier Kitchens head office located in Brampton, Ontario..(it doesn't matter which dealer you use), once you give them your money, you have to deal with their head office.The kitchen was installed with cabinet doors not sitting right, drawers that does not close properly, their service man showed up took a door away and came back 3 weeks later with the same door only to tell me my wall is not straight. It's been very fustrating and we are still waiting to get 2 doors and our drawers fixed. What are the chances it will be done before Christmas?? Very Slim!!

Goal: To create a more modern look in the kitchen. Vic and company were great with selecting a chocolate brown cabinetry for my kitchen. Installation was quick and professional and the look was fantasic.
