In June of this year, we purchased a home that had all of its original windows. After reading the reviews on Home Stars, we decided to contact Casa Bella for a quote on replacing three doors and 11 windows. We were most concerned about quality of installation and price for the job. Our salesman, Nick and Devon came with us on one of our pre-closing visits. They measured the windows and doors, made suggestions to limit cost and offered their expert advice to maximize our view outdoors. At no time, did we feel pressured to "firm" up the job immediately. It was a relief to be able to take our time and make an informed decision. We requested a specific start date for the job and Casa Bella delivered the product on time. The installers were fantastic. They did a professional job with a great attitude and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. Three other renovators have visited our house for various jobs and all have commented on the quality of the window installation. In my opinion, there is no higher praise than that of other fellow colleagues in the construction industry.
