Poor Manufacturing and Bad Customer Service

Furniture looked nice but are pretty expensive. Can shop around and get quality furniture from a more reputable company. Bought a furniture paid $330 for "expedited shipping" which took 8 weeks and was originally told 3-4 weeks. To our dismay, after we received the sofa, but it had the wrong leg colors than what we ordered and the springs of the sofa made noise when you sat on it!

They sent a technician and did some work around to get the spring fixed, but overheard him on the phone with his boss and he told his boss that the manufacturer used different springs for the left and right side of the sofa, which is a design flaw. After the phone he told us that everything was fixed, but we told him that we heard him say the springs were wrong and he acknowledged but was a bit sneaky to get us to keep the sofa. We ended up returning the sofa and getting a full refund. They didn't even bother to say we'll give you xx% off if you want to keep the sofa or here is a discount for the inconvenience. I'm pretty sure they will sell the sofa at their store to a naive customer!
