Craig is the owner, salesperson, tree trimmer and so is hands on in the business. He is highly responsive, informative, personable, calm, and listens well. He and his crew of two showed up on time, worked hard, were courteous and cleaned up very well. He is warm and a "good soul." He is honest and sincere and its not just about making a 'quick" buck. He trimmed the tree until I was happy with it. He wanted me to "smile" each time I saw it. And he did what he said he would do in a professional and warm manner.
