My beef with this company is not severe. Just some friendly advice....please, please, please DON'T tell your customers that a couch will be delivered during a certain time period unless you're certain. The inconvenience of having nothing to sit on for two weeks (after we sold our old couch) is not what I would call good service!

Ralph, The Chesterfield Shop agrees with you, and we are very apologetic for any inconvenience that was caused by the delay. Each factory gives us a set date for production delivery which we pass on to our customers. Unfortunately, many unforeseen circumstances come into play, and this can be in the form of material/leather or supply delays at the factory level, and then transport delays post production. We try to get updated information from the factory, but often, the information is not forthcoming. We will try to be more proactive, and appreciate both your comments and your understanding.
