Choice Leather Furniture

We visited the store last month and we found beautiful and luxurious furniture made of true Italian leather. The look was outstanding and the large size accommodates at least 4 individuals comfortably. The service was amazing; we received lots of information regarding the maintenance/leather repair kit.

We worked with Choice Leather Furniture to design a custom sectional leather sofa. They were able make changes to one of their "regular" sofas in order to accommodate our needs. We purchased a leather sofa because we have young children, and wanted something that would be easy to keep clean, and it has fit the bill completely. The couch came in within the time frame that was given to us, and they both delivered it and put it together.

Had them a design a custom sectional. Sectional is held together by two clips on the bottom that NEVER stay together. The cushions were suppose to be flat, instead they were fluffed. All they did was take out some of the stuffing and it looked horrible. Design of the choice was considerably off.

Complete waste of $7000.

I dont normally write reviews but today I was floored by the costumer service at Choice Leather and I could not resist. So heres my story: I've been looking for a recliner for about 6 months now. I had bought a couch from Choice leather before (which i am extremely happy with) but had avoided going to see them because their new location was out of my area. I gave in and got there at 1 pm today. We were in a hurry to pick up my son at 3:15 so I frequently was checking the time. By 1:36 I had purchased a beautiful recliner that was in the showroom. This parts the kicker: by 2:45 it was delivered and in my living room! I live on the other side of the city too. Wow thats service. The delivery man was even nice enough to take my pillows from my couch so that Choice leather could re-stuff them. THey offer that service for the lifetime of their product. Saved me a trip up there. Thank you Choice Leather for having an amazing product and restoring my faith in good ol' fashioned customer service. You will be seeing us again :))

I bought an extra-firm leather sofa from Choice leather. After just a few months it became soggy and lacked any kind of meaningful support. Then, the small plastic "anti-scratch" leg cap fell off only to leave behind a nail (that held the plastic cap in place). Before anyone could notice this exposed nail badly scratched my new hardwood floor. Has anyone experienced similar issues with this 'leg' system?

The store is well organized and maintained. Staff is very polite and have very good patient to show me all different styles

We purchased excellent quality leather couch, love seat and recliner from this company. Not only were they beautiful but extremely comfortable. When a guest accidentally maked up a cushion with an ink spot I called up the store and they asked me to bring in the cushion and a sales staff worked on it till the spot was very unnoticeable and then someone delivered it to my door - all of this at no charge. Their service was exceptional.

Ron was very personable, not pushy and I ended up with a beautiful red leather couch comparable to the Art Shoppe for $3,000 less!! The showroom was very well stocked and they had samples of most styles.

We bought a set of leather couches from Choice leather. We think that this company is fantastic and has fantastic products and service.
