We experienced a wet basement on 2 occasions, the latter much worse than the first and decided to do some investigating on waterproofing our home. I had Clarke Basement Systems come out and provide an estimate of what they could do for me. Claude was able to quickly assess the area to isolate, and explained if I ever needed to extend it would be no trouble at all. He even explained the governemnt rebate available via their system. The explanation was straight forward, efficient and he made me feel very comfortable in the decision I was making. The installation done by Rob and Kevin was impressive to say the least. They were very professional, friendly, clean and they helped me carry some of the demo I was doing in parallel to the dump bin in front of my house. Talk about going above and beyond. Claude mentioned their installers treat every home like "it was their parents home" and they were true to form. Thanks so much for the great work.
