Brent was prompt and very easy to reach. He took his time with the inspection and answered all of our questions. Even after the inspection he responded back to me very quickly when I was looking for some recommended repair companies. He is experienced and I believe he identified all of the major issues with the house.
The Home Inspection report he provides is hand written and in hard copy format. I would have preferred a soft copy of the report - but other than that minor detail we were happy with his services.

It usually throws a curveball into the deal when I come across a bunch of mold within a home, but that's great that the homeowner is going to take care of that entire mold cleanup. That can certainly be a very high bill for someone to pay for. It will certainly give you piece of mind when you take over the home. Esp. with the new addition to the family!
