Brent responded quickly to my request for an inspection and I was satisfied with his service. He promptly emailed me a report the same day he came to inspect the house.
He was also very responsive to my questions and concerns post-inspection.

There were some slight issues with follow-up, which is why I didn't give the company a perfect score.

I was extremely impressed with Classic Home Inspections. Brent Jeffreys provided efficient and knowledgable service from beginning to end. He came to do the inspection on a Sunday morning, just a couple of days after I initially contacted him. Impressive! He arrived promptly, was polite and friendly, and thoroughly explained what he would be doing. Once Brent was finished doing the inspection, he took the time to explain issues thoroughly AND gave me options on how to deal with them. It's obvious that he really cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. He emailed me the inspection report the same day and replied to my emails immediately. If I ever need another home inspection, I will be sure to use Classic Home Inspections again.
