Hlped me with the rebate process.... made sense and clear.... came on time and was efficient. Kind of made a bit of a mess which they tried to clean... but overall had a good experince.

We contacted a few different companies for quotes and Tropical was the only reasonable estimate as the others were really expensive in comparison. As well, all COVID measures were taken to ensure our safety right from the beginning when Gary came to do the quote until the end when the 2 men were here installing the insulation. Mark took a number of pictures in the attic to show us what needed to be done. The installers were very nice and careful not to damage anything in our home. They laid plastic down everywhere and brought the hose through the second floor front window instead of the door and up the stairs as this was a more direct route to our master bedroom cupboard. They made sure everything was cleaned up and asked us to make sure while they were still here and they showed us pictures of what it looked like in the attic when they were done. We are really impressed with how professional and friendly everyone involved were. We would highly recommend this company.

Attic is about 1000 sq.ft. insulation down to 9 in. Insulation added to bring it up to 18 in. Job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up well also after the job. It feels much more comfortable inside the house with furnace settings sayin the same. Everyone I dealt with from Gary to the installers, were nice and professional.

Got their work as part of the rebate program. Price was reasonable and they were clean (As can be ) and compelted there work as scheduled.

My recent experience with Tropical Insulation has been excellent, beginning with the thorough and detailed price quotation provided by Gary and ending with the excellent service provided by the two man crew.
Even though Tropical was not the cheapest quotation we received, I was impressed with the quality of Gary's initial visit and the thoroughness of the procedures to which Tropical's team adhere. The crew who performed the work were prompt, clean and respectful of our property.
We were provided with both before and after pictures which was appreciated and proof of the excellent work performed.
Definitely recommend Tropical to anyone needing to perform attic insulation to their home.

The guys showed up at the time we were told they would be here. Really polite, very friendly. Did a good job. Cleaned up 100% of the mess. And before they left they showed us detailed pictures of the work that was done and explained it all to us.

Very professional and honest. Gary did a fantastic job inspecting the job first and giving me a detailed quote. I had some other guys giving me a quote, non were 100% honest and professional. They comply with COVID19 regulations and will ask if you have been in contact or had COVID, they also assure you that their technicians are OK in this regard. They arrived for the job on time, and did a clean job. Highly recommended.

We researched Homestars for reviews and found Tropical Insulation had the most consistent list of great reviews, based on those we selected them. I reached out to them and Gary responded to our request, he was very polite and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. We are passing their info to friends and family.
