Joe is just the best service experience I've had in as long as I can remember!! My appliances are "vintage", but that was no challenge for Joe. Repairs were completed quickly and at a great price.

We woke up on Sunday morning to find our fridge had died. Based on reviews from this site, we called Control Appliance and Joe called back within 5 minutes. He arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired half an hour later. His fee was incredibly reasonable (as we were expecting the "premium" Sunday morning fee) and he was so pleasant to deal with that I will no longer be looking for a repairman. Anytime anything goes wrong, Joe will be our first call. I would highly highly recommend Control Appliance.

Joe responded to my call on Saturday and came to fix my fridge within a 2 hour period. The price was very reasonable compare to some of the other quotes I received.

woke up one morning to find mount everest in our bottom mount freezer! Found Joe on this site - called him right away and he was over in the afternoon.

He was able to explain the actual problem and diagnosis on the phone and his quoted cost was the actual cost!

Joe was a fantastic repairman. He was able to identify the problem quickly and had the right tools in hand to fix it in the same visit. His paging service made him very easy to reach, even on a Sunday! He was quick, reliable and relatively inexpensive. I'll definitely call him again!

Joe is a one-man repair service. He identified the major noise my refrigerator was making, and changed the compressor quickly and successfully. On another occasion he also recommended I not pay him to fix my washer because it was beyond hope. I trust his judgment he's courteous, responds quickly and shows up when he says he will. His rates are also very reasonable.
