Cornell roofing was fine to deal with until the new roof started to LEAK. While I understand that mistakes to happen the water seeping through the roof speaks for itself in regard to quality. Tt is their horrible follow-up that compelled me to write my first review. Mike at Cornell will NOT RESPOND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, calls, emails and messages are unanswered. They do NOT honour their warranties and don't even have the courtesy to call back.

I am disappointed to read this review. We did a very difficult roof and spent three days on site doing the best job possible. The wall flashing separated on a small flat roof,and we DID respond ASAP. We were back on site twice. First the homeowner told us he thought it was the skylight and we checked the area which was sound. It leaked again and we followed up and were back on site within 48 hrs and at that point we did find and repair the flashing work.
Angelo was a great customer, who was a referral from another good customer of ours whom we roofed five years back. We always strive to do the best work possible and separate ourselves from the contractors who don't do quality work. I understand that sometimes things do happen, however very rarely with us.
I stand 100% behind my crew, my customers and my roofs.
