Coscorp Master Builders

We are looking to by another Coscorp home and by chance came across this site. This would our second home from Coscorp, and I could not find a better builder. We love our home and most of our neighbours are very happy as well. Although there were delays, they were not within the control of the builder. It's unfortunate to see some unhappy customers, although I would like to share my experiance as outstanding, from the site staff to the final home, I am very pleased with our purchase, we certainly did not feel like we wasted our money and we are now planning on purchasing again at their new phase in Miltonbrook.

I am recently purchased a new town home at 651 Farmstead Drive, Milton and the Builder is Coscorp. We are so happy about our new home even Coscorp delays the closing date for almost one year. However the nightmare just begun, basement leaking, cracked wood floor, roof leaking everywhere. You name it ........YOU NEVER WANT TO PURCHASE ONE FROM COSCORP!!! YOU ARE WASTE YOUR MONEY AND LIFE TO FIGHTING TO GET YOUR HOUSE FIXED!!!!!!

After reading some of the reviews on this web site, I thought I would share some of my own experiences for those looking to buy a new home in Caledon.
We were impressed with the designs and sales office in Caledon, and we were able to find just what we were looking for, although our sales agent Tony was not as knowledgeable of the area or community, we did our own research and were impressed with the community, and what other buyers had to say about their experience. After making the purchase, we visited the site during construction, and found the site staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we were ready to move, we had a home inspection, and although there were a few minor items that required repair, the home looked great! As well, the service staff had most of the items completed before we were ready to move in. Overall we are very happy with our decision, and we love our new home. I hope this review helps anyone thinking about buying a home from Coscorp, we are very happy new homeowners.

We recently moved into our new Coscorp built home in Caledon Strawberry field. Like the some of the other review we were little skeptical and worried after reading some of the reviews. This is our third home, let me tell you our experience with Coscorp has been absolute wonderful, everybody from the booking to design center to final product have been very helpful and very friendly. We have far less and minor issues with this home compare with previous new home that was built by mattamy, and all the issues were looked after in timely fashion. I would really like to thank Coscorp team for making
the whole process wonderful experience and building quality homes.

We purchased a new home from Coscorp, we foudn the staff on site to be very helpful and friendly, we had a few questions during the construction of our home and they were able to help to answer our questinos. We really liked the design of our home, we were looking for certain features and Coscorp's different floor plans provided so many options that we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

After we moved in, Danijela who looks after the service on site was very good, we had some minor items that we had reported and they looked after everything. Gino, the service guy was very helpful as well.

I have recommended this builder to my friends.

This is our second time purchasing a home from Coscorp.We have we bought our first home 6 year ago, and had a good experiance, however, this time the overall experiance was great. We delt with Mary at the Sales Office and she was wonderful, very helpful with everything. After we moved in, the after sales service and on site staff were wonderful, and we had a very good experience. They were proffessional, courteous and always did what they promised to do. We would recommend them, and we have now been in the house for a year and a half and still very happy with the house.

Our first home is a Coscorp home, and we had great experience with them. We were pleased with the sales representative's advice and help at the Decor selection throughout the process. We had read some of the comments and were a little skeptical, although the concerns that we had, never arose. We were extremely pleased with the construction quality and their staff services. Thank you for a great home, we would be happy to buy from Coscorp again.

I required more space for our growing family, and visited Coscorp's Sales office in Milton. Their agents were extremely helpful and never made me feel pressured. When I was ready to buy, they helpled me find the perfect house and I love my new neighbourhood.
My home is absolutely incredible. I have a beautiful kitchen, more than enough room for my family AND visitors, I am extremely happy that Coscorp and would happily recommend them to my friends and famiy!
