This builder is exceptionally good and for them the customer service and the quality of work is the foremost thing. I never seen such quality of work in today's hot real estate market.

Recommend them for any one who is looking for best value for the money.

Our house is only 3 years old the whole basement has cracks now. Stairs are shaking. All bed room electronic plugs are not working. Biggest thing is upstairs bathroom is licking and dripping in living room. When I call no one answer after few days lady call me back saying your house is out of warranty. Never ever buy house from Coscorp I am gonna tell all my friends and family do them self a favor and do not entertain coscorp.

I'm honestly scratching my head over all of the negative reviews shared by fellow Coscorp owners. I have to say that our experience with Coscorp has been excellent all throughout with exception to dealing with Frank at the sales office, who is quite arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. This is our 2nd home and the overall craftsmanship and quality throughout have proven excellent thus far. Coscorp was quick to attend to any defects outlined within our Tarion warranty, ensuring the job was done right and to our satisfaction. The team led by Danny who is very personable and gave us trustworthy advice on home maintenance as well as attending to any issues were on top of their game. We have been in our house for almost 6 months now and have not encountered any structural or major issues thus far. Perhaps they improved on their quality standard over recent years. In my experience, I can confirm with confidence that Coscorp prides themselves in providing a quality product. I would definitely recommend Coscorp as a builder. In speaking with neighbours and trades people in the area, it seems that they provide a much better product than Mattamy within Strawberry Fields.

Don't buy from coscorp. Terrible Customer Service, Terrible workmanship. The following problems have occurred:
They are misleading about details( get everything writen down,they forget everything after getting your money),not willing to fix problems and when challenged used lawyer to intimidate me.
They made changes to the house without permission and when push to correct them they offer to give you your money back after waiting for 2 years for your house to be completed instead of making it the way it should be.
They don't actually care they just want their money and run...

Roof was replaced before we moved in house was less then a year old. Now roof is leaking again. As I went to the office.. without even offering to look at it. The guy said "it's ice damage so therefor not covered under warranty" I went up on the attic to find not even 4" of that crappy insulation. Second year living there a/c stopped working.. again without looking at it he said "year is up and not covered" I hired an hvac specialist and he tested the system. Not only was it leaking but the valve were stripped. Costing us $900 to refill. Because I did not have the money to replace lines and cut open my ceilings... cold air comes in from everywhere, plumbing is already clogging, bathtub is cracking, there's such poor and sloppy work that when you turun the lights on downstairs you can see the light coming from the floor, stairs even the vents! Worst decision we've made in our lives was to buy a home from coscorp. Please people do your research and avoid this company!

Don't buy from coscorp. Terrible Customer Service, Terrible workmanship. The following problems have occurred:
- Year 1: the house flooded in the winter because of the roof. They fixed it because this happened to many of the houses in the area
- Year 1: AC had no gas and therefore didn't work. They fixed it because this happened to most of the houses in the area
- Year 1: Addressed stress cracks in Tub. They said it was scratches from a knife and wouldn't fix it. Now they are all around the tub. We will have to replace it soon
- Year 2: the roof leaked again. They didn't want to fix the roof again to the removed the snow and ice from the roof. (meaning it will leak again this winter)
- Year 2: AC had no gas gain. There is a leak some where. They will not fix it or add more gas because it is past the year

Very dissatisfied with the poor quality of windows, lack of proper insulation, and the poor workmanship to build our house. We have had to replace windows that failed after only 6 years, costing $6650 so far and several thousand more to come. House was cold and drafty every winter. Floors not level, walls and doors not level, floor joists not secured. Numerous other problems, primarily non-existent after sales service after you move in. Our neighbors all have reported many serious problems. I would not trust this builder for another house.

I honestly feel sorry for the people who have purchased a Coscorp home unknowingly as we did in the past. As I've read the leaks that occurred in our community (and I mean every house) are not the first or the last as a result of poor workmanship. We had roofers actually tell us the roofs were not built to code and that is why we all had leaks in the same areas. Also their customer service is non existent to say the least. They were pleasant before we purchased but that changed soon after and got worse over time. For those who are considering buying from this builder please do some research as you will learn they do not deserve your time or money.

I bought a house (freehold townhouse) from Coscorp 13 years ago. At the time they were generally fine but I have discovered many areas that they were underhanded with and not truthful in regard to condo living. If you are buying a condo from Coscorp please beware and read all your paperwork and make sure you know what you are getting into.

i just want to share my experience with Coscorp, i bought my first home from them, the service was excellent .when we did the PDI there was some manure issues that were fixed before we moved in. the staff where very helpful and knowledgeable . i had a great experience buying a new home thanks to Coscorp..
