Our furnace broke down on a holiday in the middle of winter, but Cosmopolitan came to the rescue! The salesman arrived first thing in the morning, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options and answering all our questions. We decided to replace the air conditioner at the same time as it was near the end of its life anyway. The installers arrived a couple of hours later and worked tirelessly all day until both units were fully installed and operational. They were very clean, courteous and professional. We were very pleased with their services. Hasan, who now performs the yearly maintenance for both units, is always on time and does an excellent job. He goes out of his way to diagnose the problems and ensure that all our concerns are addressed. Cosmopolitan and Hasan really turned our furnace breaking in the middle of the winter into a truly positive experience!
