Our ductless A/C unit was acting up last summer. Cosmopolitan sent a repair man on two separate occasions and didn't figure out what was wrong with it. It was the end of the summer so I put it off until this spring to research repairing/purchasing two additional units for my home.
A sales person came to my home, without any information packets on the products available, and advised me that he would get back to me with options for purchase and repair of my current unit. I never heard back and decided to take my business with another company.
No information provided. Didn't fix the issue, A lot of wasted time.
