Arthur Hasan was in the area and called to come earlier than scheduled which worked well for me. He was very courteous and extremely thorough in his work. He explained to me in detail about the job that he did which was helpful. He was sure to check and show me the quality of how the air conditioners were working upon completion of his maintenance job. I would highly recommend Cosmopolitan and especially Arthur Hasan as a technician.
