We have yearly maintenance on our Lennox AC and Furnace and have had no issues in the 3 years since Cosmopolitan installed it. Our technician this year was Ather Hasan, and despite it being a very busy time of year for them for emergency calls (temperature dropping so furnaces are being fired up), he showed up on time and was polite and professional all the way. He answered all my questions (including a couple about my water heater) and gave some tips (ie. After verifying 0 carbon monoxide readings, he explained how important it is to replace CO detectors in the house every 2 years (even if they're rated for 5 years) due to variables that could cause build up on the sensors.). I have no reason not to recommend Cosmopolitan. My wife and I have been happy with our dealings with them.
