Heating & Air Conditioning review in Brampton

Thanks to the technician, Mike, from Cosmopolitan for going beyond the call of duty and getting our furnace back online. There were a number of issues with the furnace that were really the fault of the manufacturer and the tech from Cosmopolitan was always pleasant and courteous despite having to deal with faulty parts. Very much appreciate the service department from Cosmopolitan.

I had a top of the line Amana furnace installed on Sept 2012. From the get go, the furnace continued to malfaction and not work. I had to have Cosmopolitan out to my home several times and each time the tech walked away thinking the problem was resolved only for me to wake the next morning with no heat. Eventually they had to have Amana reps. come to my home to discover that the wrong chip was on the motherboard. Now in 2016, the furnace has broke down 2 x and 2x a technician has come and provided a temporary fix as yes once again in the morning the furnace did not turn back on. It will be 4 evenings that I am without heat and in the holiday season. Stay far away from this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
