Ductless Mitsubishi AC install
Shan Arif was one advising us and guiding through the whole process. No major issues, did a good good job at a reasonable price. Got a quote for a no name mini split that would have been 8K by another company, or a 'deluxe system' by Enercare for 25K.
My only issues was that I couldn't get any proper/official receipts despite calling accounting and a service manager; so i was mailed eventually a hand written invoice. Seems a bit odd and unprofessional for a company that charged me >$10K. I still don't have a printed receipt - only my visa statements to prove i paid.
Technically, it all went without a hitch and i was glad to be away for 1 week during the install dates -very dusty & noise (i've been told).
