Ather Hasan was my technician and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing my humidifer. Ather was clearly knowledgeable about humidifiers but also volunteered pointers about other aspects of our house as well.
Ather was courteous in providing us phone calls in advance and showed up on time. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to repair our device (which I had assumed would need to be replaced) on the first visit .
