We purchased our AC in 2013 and have it serviced annually but whenever a repair is required it's never covered in the warranty. Last year the AC was leaking refrigerant and we had to pay for it to be refilled. This year we had the same issue and had to pay again on top of paying for the annual service fee. It took days for anyone to get in touch with me to setup a new appointment. Whenever we would call to try and set something up the person on the phoned always said someone else would call us back and no one ever would. Eventually Sam got in touch with us to setup an appointment. We called the day before the appointment to confirm and the person on the phone said there was nothing scheduled; because it was late in the day he couldn't check with anyone else. We got in touch with Sam the next morning and he confirmed that the appointment was scheduled and the technicians were on their way. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly but their office staff doesn't seem to have access to all of the same information and they don't promptly return messages which makes dealing with them a frustrating experience. A few months after the repair their Supervisor, Mohammed, followed up with me to make sure things are still functioning properly and apologized for the poor service and offered a free annual inspection next spring.

We have paid annual maintenance and service and every single year it breaks down! There's a 10 year warranty but the repairs never seem to be covered in the warranty. This year we are told that our Ac has been leaking for years and had to pay for a leak test and to refill the refrigerant on top of paying for the annual service fee. Also the warranty does not seem to be worth the money because you still have to pay for annual servicing plus the repairs nonetheless.

The “concerns” department is EXTREMELY disorganized and has absolutely NO clue what their service department is doing. This year we are told that our Ac has been leaking for years nd that we need a new coil. We have waited for a week for parts and guess what?! No coil! And they seem to have no idea that we have an appointed tomorrow. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody.
