Cosmopolitan people did good work at our house. We bought from them new amana madulation furnace and amana asxc16 air conditoner. both furnace and ac are working great. we recmmend cosmopolian services to every one. Good people.

Cosmopolitan has been our trusted HVAC company since 2008 when they installed our new furnace, AC unit and duct work.

The subsequent service that Ather Hasan has provided seasonally has been exceptional. He is considerate in calling to confirm appointment time and punctual with his schedule. He is thorough in his service checklist and considerate in minimizing disruptions. His professionalism is unmatched. Today he gave me advice on how to ensure carbon monoxide detectors be properly maintained or replaced every two years. He consistently exceeds my expectations and is always welcome in our home.

We are very happy with the service that Cosmopolitian provided us. Their customer service was great. Our technician's name was Ather and we would definitely reco him. He was pleasant to deal with and gave us a lot of extra tips on how to look after our furnace. But we were most impressed by his job of installing our humidifier. It was clearly done by someone that takes pride in his work. He also always calls before he shows up, is on time, and is someone we will continue to turn to for our furnace needs.

Ather Hasan came all the way from Toronto during rush hour to come fix our furnace on the same day we called. He called us in advance to always let us know where he was and when to expect him. He was so courteous and friendly that he made the situation of not having heat not that bad! He was straight to the point and very honest and found out what was wrong with our furnace in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family for any of their furnace and AC needs. Cosmopolitan is lucky to have an employee like him because he definitely brings in repeat customers.

We had Amana Furnace installed by cosmopolitan. Our overall experience with this company was excellent. We called them at the time when our old furnace stopped working. They responded to our call very promptly and sent the home comfort advisor Angelo,very polite person, We had our furnace installed next day by installer name Tod. We received great service from Tod.

We recently acquired the need to get a quote on a new furnace in our home, as our 15 year old furnace was not showing signs of reliability for the coming winter. We took a moment a researched carefully a company that was well established and an expert in the field of heating and air conditioning; and we came across Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services on Homestars. Trusting the reviews here on Homestars, we went forward a called Cosmpolitan for a quote. EJ came over to our house and gave us a rough idea of what needed to be done, a couple of brands as well as size (we went with Lennox), and further some financing options that we available to us. I was really satisfied with what their company had to offer, and I scheduled the installation date for the coming Thursday. I have to say, they installation team did a fantastic job. At first we were having trouble moving around the equipment in the tight congested space in the basement. However, their team was very patient and worked towards resolving and working through the problem. The job took a couple of hours, and the workspace was left spotless. Unit was also disposed by them as well. I was really satisfied with the job done by Cosmopolitan Mechanical. Really happy with the services I received. Double thumbs up! :)

Ather completed our annual furnace/AC maintenance today This serviceman proved himself to to be a great asset not only to the company, but to us, as a satisfied customer. His
punctuality, knowledge, professionalism and courteousness makes him a pleasure to deal with. He takes the time and effort to explain things to you. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

We had our annual furnace and humidifier maintenance performed again this year by cosmopolitan mechanical services. The technician who performed the service, named Ather H., was excellent. He was very professional and polite, and obviously very knowledgeable in his craft. I really appreciated that he took extra time to explain all the checks he was doing on our system and for the simple recommendations he gave us on how to keep the system running smoothly (e.g. flushing our water lines with vinegar periodically). I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I'm quite impressed with the maintenance job performed by Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. They had arrived on time, layed out a process of what needed to be done (what had to be changed/cleaned/etc), and carried out all they had promised in an efficient manner. Workspace was left clean after the job, and the technician assured us all was well up and running at the end. I would give a hundred percent recommendation to them, definately deserving of a referral.

All I can say that I got an excellent Amana Furnace from cosmopolitan. We were thinking about fixing our 23 years old furnace. Cosmo tech give me an excellent advice not to wast my money on old stuff. So I decided to change the furnace. After the installation of new furnace I can say I made the right choice. New amana furnace is giving very good air in our upper floor.
