I am scared of red tags, we are all. I got a red tag and I found Cosmopolitan mechanical service on google. I loved their sense of urgency approach about red tag. They cleared the tag in less than an hour from the time I called them. My furnace was old and I really liked the recommendation of the technician so I decided to buy a new furnace. I loved their service, their pricing and cleanliness. I recommend cosmopolitan mechanical with no hesitation

We had our humidifier done by installer fred and his helper. We are satisfied with the humidifier. Fred showed up at our house on time and installed the humidifier. He also changed the battery in our thermostat. We thank Fred for doing such a good job.

This is the second time I used Cosmopolitan. Our furnace decided to stop working on Friday night; called Cosmopolitan at 8pm. Athar arrived within an hour to rescue us. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and provided an exceptional service.

I was very pleased with the services. Service call was booked the next day and Hasan Ather (Service technician) was prompt, polite and very professional. I would recommend his services to all. Thank you Hasan!!!!! You were awesome.

Price was very reasonable at cosmopolitan. Installer was very good. Fred was on time for the installation. He finished the installation in about six hours. Furnace is working good and is very quite. I would use cosmopolitan mech for all my heating and cooling need in future.

I bought a new furnace directly from the dealer, but there was an issue of installation. I called several companies, some were charging too much, some were not sure about the schedule, in the end I found Cosmopolitan through Google. starting was good by calling their support center they guided me and got every information on the phone at last the support agent just told me the date and time of installation, I felt so relax because I was satisfied, on the date of installation, Fred named installer came and he done all they work without disturbing me and my kids. in the end he just told me to check everything because the work was done. I checked my furnace and its placement and I was so happy that my problem has been resolved. thank you so much Cosmopolitan and Fred for that such great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Atlas were very friendly and professional. The staff member took the time to explain the work that he was doing and how my furnace functions. He explained payment and furnace care plan options in a straight forward manner without pressure.

This winter we had a lot of dryness in our house. My neighbor told us that we should get humidifier. We called paul from cosmopoltan for the installation of humidifier. After the installation of humidifier we .did not have any dryness . humidifer is work good we are satisfied.
