We were in the market to upgrade our AC and decided to go with Cosmopolitan, due to the comfort we felt in our meeting with Khuram, he was amazing. The price of Amana ASX16 A/C which he quoted me was almost 40%-45% cheaper than other reputable companies in the market. On installation day the Cosmopolitan team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them by all means.

We have called the cosmopolitan mechanical services to install new stove gas line for our new house located in mississauga. They came right at the given time and finished the work right on time. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. They were organized, efficient, and reliable team. Additionally, I was greatly pleased by there 24/7 Call Service. Not only were they good at answering them, they also were very helpful in answering all my questions effectively. The sales representative came in on time, right at 5:30 on the dot. And from there I knew i had called the right company. As they say "The first impression is the last impression". The sales representative came in, in a well suited uniform with his brief case and materials; In short everything he needed to construct the right quote. He also brought in the small air quality tester i had requested him to bring with him. He did an air quality test showing me the air purification status of my air filter, and the results indicated the air quality of my home was poor and required a bit of my attention, as a result bad air quality and a dirty filter could raise health concerns in the family. He explained MERV ratings on furnace air filters and how the higher the MERV rating the better the filter, therefore the better the air purification. I also raised a concern of one room in the house not being heated properly. The rep. tackled the concern and suggested an system just suitable for my needs and budget. My old air conditioner was 10 years old and my compressor was giving me a hard time, so I decided it was time to get the job done. The job after-all was done fantastically. The Installation team came over and installed everything within that day. After they installation team handed me catalog and manual to my newly installed systems, and reminded me to keep my new equipment maintained every year. Before the Cosmopolitan team left, they left me with a package, which includes a folder with all the information about the job, including the invoice, rebate info. and everything. Along with that they left Cosmo CD and other things as well. In a nutshell, I am really impressed, starting from square one to the end. No Complaints. No Regrets. If you are looking for anyone to do your heating and air conditioning, be sure to choose Comopolitan Mechanical. You'll be happy you did :)

Based n the reviews here I contacted this company to mstall a new Lennox ac unit in my home. The service guy who came was wonderful to deal with and I thought that I had found a good company but I was wrong.
A few days after my contract was signed my basement flooded badly. The plumber told me that I had to have the ac unit disconnected immediately so they could gain access to the small area where the ac unit was and the flood was happening. I called Cosmopolitan and explained the situation to them. They said they would have someone come out and disconnect my old unit. I waited. And waited. And waited. After a few days of waiting I called again and no one knew at all what I was talking about. They finally got someone to come out to my home and disconnect the old unit.
Due to the repairs I needed done I had to delay the installing of my new ac unit by two weeks. I called and explained this to them and arranged for them to come on June 25. I had to rearrange a business trip around this so I called to reconfirm a few days before. Again, no one knew what I was talking about. After several phone calls I finally had someone tell me that I would have my unit installed and that someone would be here at 9:30am.
At 10:25 someone finally knocked on my door. As soon as he saw how small the area was he said "this is going to be tough to do, the space is small, I will need more help". This should have been noted by either the sales person or the person who had disconnected the unit.
During the installation one of the service guys banged a large brass sculpture of mine against the wall and damaged my wall. He looked at it and continued, not even acknowledging the damage. I was even in the room at the time.
So, between the non stop administrative issues, lost appointments, damage to my property and such, I cannot in good faith recommend or endorse this company at all.

I would also like to add that when this review was published the company put together a false law suit against me to have this review buried. It took almost a year to have this review re-published as I had to prove there was no such lawsuit against me. I would strongly recommend against using the services of this company.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They performed the job as promised and cleaned up afterwards. They answered all the questions that I had about the product and gave good suggestions.

People were on job site on the given time. They finished the job on time. Cosmopolitan mechanical service people did a great job and left the work area clean. Great work.

I have recently purchased a new house in Toronto. Builder installed the furnace but not the air conditioner. Summers were about to start and we have 2 small children at home so we decided to put an air conditioning unit. Being the first time owner of the house I didn’t know from where to start nor was I familiar with any air conditioning company. I and My wife started searching the companies online. Scheduled few appointment with different contractors but we were not satisfied at all. Some of the contractors were offering good warranty but the product wasn’t good and some of them were offering good product but I wasn’t satisfied with the warranty status. I was looking for a complete package (top line product, good warranty status with reasonable price). My colleague in office recommended me to Cosmopolitan Mechanical because they installed furnace and air conditioner at his place 3 years ago. He was very satisfied with the services he received from Cosmopolitan. I felt bit confident and didn’t hesitate in calling Cosmopolitan Mechanical. Salesperson EJ showed up to my house on scheduled time and provided me the quotes for Lennox air conditioning unit. The prices which EJ quoted were reasonable, Lennox product is a well known and reputed brand and EJ provided me 10 years of warranty which was awesome. Now that’s what I was actually looking for. On the installation day Fred with his team came to my house early in the morning before starting the work they covered my house with the carpet which is hardly seen with any other contractors. They started and finished the work on the given time and answered all my questions before leaving from the house. I’m satisfied with the new air conditioning unit which Cosmopolitan installed because it’s quite and cooling my house very quickly. Thank you EJ and Cosmopolitan. Highly recommended!

We wanted to replace our 20 year old system and we knew that is going to be an uphill task. We are concerned with a price and quality of installation. Luckily, one of our relatives had just had installation from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc and they very highly recommended them. They specifically mentioned the name of Technician Arshad Shaikh and Marketing Manager Khurram Zaki.
We called Khurram and asked him to come to our house for a quote. He did a detailed review of our heating and cooling needs. He responded very quickly and professionally for any additional requests after quotation. His quotation was significantly lower than the budget that we had. Arshad Shaikh came and looked at the technical aspects of house as our house is old, furnace room is very cramped and basement is finished. He designed the entire work maneuvering techniques and discussed with us in detail and left us very satisfied.
We asked 2 more contractors after that and their prices were extremely high to even come close to our budget. And in a way it was good because it helped us in making our decision to go with Khurram and Arshad without even giving a second thought.
Installer arrived on time , showed excellent workmanship and did very meticulous job. I am very satisfied with and high recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc.
