Our sales person was very knowledgeable, and very serious about helping us buy the correct size furnace. He had more of an engineer's touch than a sales pitch, and he did not try to upsize our order.

I was pleased with the installers as well. They showed me their credentials, installed things nicely, and cleaned up after themselves. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house.

Best of all, we were able to get our units replaces in less than a week.
