This is my first review here and I usually never leave reviews. If a person does a good job I would usually refer them through word of mouth to extended family and friends. The only reason I am taking the time to write this review is because of the amazing work. I do own a small business and having worked with a handful of contractors I can say Fred is one of the best person out there. So here is the story, I had called Fred around late September for an in home estimate to replace my 25 year old furnace. He arrived on time, checked everything that technically needs to be replaced and gave me a price quote. He was honest and straightforward with the cost and effort. I did receive three other quotes and his quote was in the middle in terms of cost. I decided on Fred because he was very professional and he clearly explained all the work that needs to be done on my estimate. Fred then setup a time to install, which was today. The appointment was at 9am but Fred arrived 15 minutes early, he and his partner first covered the floors and stairs to basement with carpet. They wasted no time, my old unit was removed and they installed the new furnace within 3.5 hrs. After the install they even swept the place and left the place very clean. I am amazed by the quality of work and professionalism. The new furnace is working great so far and the house finally feels warm. I am very glad I chose Fred and it was a job well done.
