Cozy World installed a new furnace for me back in March. I was very impressed by their work and professionalism and therefore I had them back recently when my air conditioner failed. As a first time homeowner, these large purchase decisions can be daunting. In both cases, Boris spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing the options and answering my questions. I was given a written estimate that matched the final invoice. Fred and the installation team arrived on time, were very professional and ensured I was happy with the final product.
