We recently added custom closet organizers to our house - 4 walk-ins and 3 reach-ins. We added banks of drawers, shelves, shoe shelves, double hangs etc to our closets. This has dramatically increased our storage capacity and organization.

Kaylie is an expert in sales and support. She makes wonderful, logical suggestions without ever pushing a product you don't really need. She is an asset to the company. Carol in the showroom is also a wonderful - friendly and keeps in touch to let you know then the installer is arriving. The installers are very quiet, bordering on unfriendly, but they do a wonderful job - even if we did have to vacuum everything and wipe down all the dusty surfaces.

We believe the investment we made was money well spent - adding substantial value to our home. The organizers are amazing. Thanks!

The master bedroom in our older townhouse is small and needed an upgrade. The built-in closets from the Shelving Outlet made a huge difference in the overall look and feel of the room, plus increased our available storage space significantly. I was getting sick of the mess in my room so I called Custom Closet Organizers. Kaylie called me back the same day and came out to see me the day after. She helped me design my closet so it could accomodate my hockey jerseys (which are longer than most of my other shirts), and built me a special area for my ski stuff (different sized cubbies for my helmet, gloves, poles etc.). She gave me great suggestions as to how I could "maximize my space" (as she put it). Once I told Kaylie to go ahead and build it she gave me 3D drawings so I could see exactly what my closet was going to look like. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my closet. This is the second time we have used the Shelving Outlet. Our first experience was very positive and it was very clear that the Shelving Outlet takes great pride in their product.
So far on this, our second installation, we have been less impressed. They have been backlogged and we have been rescheduled a few times and have yet to have our closets installed. As you can imagine, this wreaks havoc on our schedule since we have to rearrange over and over again and we still dont know if they are coming out for sure.
I am hoping that the installation will be worth the wait and inconvenience.

Marty at the shelving outlet installed all the closets in my new home before we moved in. They were nicer than I expected for the price. After we moved in my son and daughter switched rooms. Both closets needed minor changes to the hanging space. Marty took care of it a couple of days later and didn't charge me. That's great customer relations. I recommend them to everyone.
