I have been with this company for over 20 years. Their service people are friendly and knowledgeable but their administrative staff are terrible. I had an emergency and had to wait about a month before getting an appointment. They knew the problem and sent staff out but without the materials to correct the problem and were going to charge me a fee just for the call as well as the same fee for the next call to complete the work plus any labour and materials charges . When I complained the staff member told me they would not send out the men to do the work and then hung up on me. Disgusting company -- would not recommend you go with them for your irrigation needs!
