We contacted Lou after a long struggle with a poorly installed, inappropriate humidifier. Over the years, we had contacted various companies and gotten all kinds of run-arounds (and wasted a lot of money). Lou got us the correct model and installed it properly. We are finally comfortable. When we ran into a problem, Lou came over as soon as possible and took care of it.
We found Lou to be a person who stands behind his work and actually cares that his customers are satisfied. We are VERY lucky to have found him
