Job was complete. Workers were efficient. No follow up from company, although payment was taken.

David completed a full exterior re-model of our home in the summer of 2022. He replaced all our windows, new siding (with insulation), new soffits, and new fascia. David was very helpful in helping us pick materials/colors and had an eye for modern designs. David's installers were friendly, on-time, and very clean/organized. David also was very keen on ensuring we absolutely loved the end product, and agreed to accommodate any tweaks along the process. Also, one of the best part of working with David was how he walked us through the Home Energy Rebate and Canada Greener Home programs which saved us thousands of dollars in the forms of grants and loans! I have since recommended David to many close friends looking for exterior remodels

David Snell and his team replaced all my windows, my front door, my patio door and added siding to the exterior of my bedroom window.
David is a personable and professional individual. He is very knowledgeable and only too willing to assist in finding a solution when installing my windows and door. He provided excellent customer service. His installers are very knowledgeable and have done an excellent job. Furthermore, they left my place clean when they finished the work.

We contacted David in 2021 based on a Facebook recommendation. He was very responsive with communication and came over to review options and give us a quote. We found him very easy to work with. We went ahead and had our living room window and sliding door replaced that summer. We also found his pricing to be quite reasonable.

This year we contacted him again to have our entire front entrance door including side view window replaced, as well as two bedroom windows. We are thrilled with the entrance door! It's just gorgeous. The husband and wife team who came to install it were excellent and did a phenomenal job, and made sure everything was cleaned up.

The our two bedroom windows were installed by another team.

Unfortunately, when trying to slide open the one side of the window, it appeared stuck. We moved the locks to release in the same direction as the other side but didn't know the locks released in reverse as we weren't shown that. As a result, the guide to slide the window open came loose on both windows.

We've made David aware and we know he will right this wrong.

Looking forward to using his services again for soffits and fascia to complete the exterior updates of our home!

Our ranch bungalow was fully sided in a ugly blue/grey with white trim and doors. We engaged Dave and his team to transform it and boy, did they ever! Now, we can't stop admiring our white board + batten siding, black soffits/fascia/eaves and our stunning new black entrance doors.

Where do I start.. the experience my family and I have had with David has been nothing but positive. Dave Snell and his associates arranged an upgraded beautiful garage door. The installation was perfect and not only was there no mess left behind, he even went above and beyond and cleared out unnecessary shelving. Professional, polite and so comfortable to work with. This job was the third time that we have used David Snell Services to replace windows in our home. We have always been more than happy with the timeline, the quality of the work and the product.
