Was very happy with the roof and thee product is excellent. Service was great but after install we notice a bulge of water behind the dry wall in one of our rooms. The had forgotten to put back the down pipe. It caused damage to our ceiling. We called them, and they sent out 2 employees to check. At that time they assured us that they would waive the balance of $1200 as compensation and we would repair ourselves. After 2 years with not phone calls or letters we had trouble with them through their new accounts people to pay this. We did pay it when we found out! We still have the damage. It was a very
stressful time and we were very upset about this. Still are. However, product is amazing.
BTW. The roof was rotting but we did not ask you to cover it. The roof you did was & is excellent
Also there was NO COURT ACTION. Please check your records DC Roofing. The notification we received was one horrible cell phone message, called back immediately and paid immediately, in the form of credit bureau.
ALSO, AS ABOVE, THERE WERE NO LETTERS OR PHONE MESSAGES OR ANY COMMUNICATIONS TO IGNORE. We are not the type of people to just ignore an issue like this if we had been contacted, nor leave it undone for a mere $1200.

I do not have a last name but as I remember it the owner of this house wanted us to roof over a rotted building. We persuaded them to let us rebuild it properly. I am a little unclear about the damage as the project manager is no longer with us but the amount owing was about many times what was stated & the owner would not respond to our calls for 2 years until threatened with court action
