We bought a Decor-Rest Furniture's sofa 2.5 years ago and in the beginning were very happy with it. Approximately a year later the fabric under the sofa started to fell off and created a lot of mess. Not nice, but was not a big deal. Recently 2 springs broke so I contacted the shop (Leon's) to find out about the warranty. The shop said the company (Decor-Rest Furniture) can send 2 replacement zigzag springs but labour is on me. So they sent 2 springs, but 4 inches shorter. When I called back to point out their mistake, I was told there is no mistake and I need to stretch them. Really? 4 inches? and fix them with the plastic clips provided? Very disappointed.

ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATION FROM DECOR-REST TO ANNAO: Hello again Annao, we have awaited your response but to no avail. We will use this forum to communicate to you as best we can and hope that you will reconnect. The time frame of your purchase is specifically the time that we received a faulty roll of dust cover fabric. This is the black fabric used underneath all upholstery. Once the end consumer sends in a complaint that the dust cover is disintegrating we are happy to send a new one out so that the underneath of our sofa would be like new. Regarding the springs, we have warranties in place however through communication from you we would like to further this conversation and make you happy. Unfortunately we do not have your contact information and were hopeful you would reply as directed above. Decor-Rest takes service very seriously and we have dedicated customer service contacts for all of our Retail partners.
