After careful research we bought our couch. Feeling confident in our choice and proud to support a Canadian company. Our couch started pilling after about 3 months. It looks like it's 20 years old and is only a year old. I made a complaint and I had been told by the company that it is natural wear and tear and that I need to shave my couch. I did this with no difference. I finally made an official complaint close to the end of my warranty and have been told it’s from my cats and vacuuming.. If this is so, why do I have a forty year old lazy boy recliners which looks newer than this couch. Same room, same cats, same family. The company refuses to budge on helping with this matter. This company came highly recommended and I am very disappointed. Clearly their customer service is no longer what it used to be.
