We first met Mandeep at the store.She was very courteous and polite. It was her polite and courteous disposition which played an important part in our decision to move forward. Then Lyle visted us at home. He was very professional. What we liked about Lyle, is that he listened to what we wanted and then made his recommendations. He did not push the product on us. We were impressed. The installation was done before Christmas as promised.
