I have been to DWF many times over the years and finally decided to try it out. I booked an in-home consultation and within a week had a visit from John. Very experienced,gave me the options I was looking for and no pressure to buy. I had a quote within the time promised. He came back and took measurements and promised that my order would be ready in under 2 weeks. It was ready in about 10 days and installed in about 30 min. Great service from start to finish. Window treatments are pricey but for the selection and quality it was worth it.
