Thanks so much for the review,Greg! Glad you were happy. You know I hated doing that drywall cut in the ceiling to get that job done right!! Nothing but stress. Lol. But that is what separates us from the competition. The ducts HAVE to be agitated under suction. If you can't agitate it. It's not duct cleaning as far as we are concerned. It's just taking your money.
