Excellent service on the phone with Joe, who explained what the service included. Joe was quite flexible with scheduling a duct cleanng. When Josh arrived, he was professional and explained the process to us. Josh went the extra mile with getting access into our furnace. He was punctual, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. At the end of the cleaning, Josh pointed out a few items in our furnace room for us to consider.
