Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

Fabulous experience with Dial One. The technician (Wil) arrived exactly on time for the appointment, was friendly and courteous, educated me about a number of aspects about the cleaning and answered my numerous questions patiently. I was very keen to see all the dirt that came out of my vents and he made sure I could see it. This company appears to have invested well in their equipment and personnel. Prior to leaving I was told that they strive for a satisfaction guarantee so if I have any issue at all with the service, they will be happy to come back and look into it at no charge.

I was impressed enough to take photos and a video during the cleaning. I have uploaded it to a web album for public viewing along with detailed captions.
