Last year a pipe broke in our furnace room, we called D.N. Plumbing and Dave showed up. He came, looked and said he had to go to the supply store for parts. Came back 3 hrs later spent about 30min replacing the 90 degree pipe. When we asked him for the receipt of the material he bought, there were other things he was shopping at the supply store for that weren't for our house. He charged us for 4 hrs of work and now 9 months later we learned that the pipe had slowly been dripping and leaking this whole time. We called the company and Dave picked up because I could tell by his voice but when I asked for his name he told me his name was George. He said there is no warranty for the job and that there is no one else I could speak to about it and that he was the boss. I called the 4 numbers listed on the invoice and he answered them all. Please stay away from this company. They seem to rip people off.

I called Dave to fix a leaking tap. He came right away, charged me for travel time and a reasonable hourly rate. He worked efficiently; however he way overcharged for material: $62 for things that should have been at most $20. Foe example, he charged $26 for a ball valve which costs $6.35 at Home Depot.

For these unreasonable charges I would not recommend using him.
