What a fabulous experience working from the beginning, to the end of our carpet replacement using Dominion Rug.
Anthony was superb helping with carpet selection and informing us about the process , Darlene ,who measured our space , was professional and lovely to deal with, and the installers , Sirhan and Ali, were absolutely amazing : they arrived 20 minutes ahead of scheduled time, were polite ,and extremely efficient; they took up the existing carpet , put down underlay and new carpet in one day .
We are totally thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Dominion Rug and Sales .

Rugs and padding for living room and hallway were cut and bound to our precise measurements. Once colour was selected and order finalized, product was ready for pickup on time. We rolled them out and the rugs did not move or slide on the hardwood. Salesman was very good. We are glad we came to Dominion Rug.

Ben's team was fast and professional - The old caret removal by a father/ son team was quick and clean. The removed all residual and staples and the house was left spotless- The new carpet team did excellent work on the 2 sets of stairs. It was very intricate cutting and stapling and the team did an amazing job with covering open double sided stairs with 2 pickets on each stair. The workmanship is spectacular.

The stairs and living carpet were installed to a level beyond 5 star! The carpet installers professionalism and attention to detail were superior. I would never go anywhere else. They even vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards leaving absolutely no sign of their work, other than a gorgeous carpet!

The delivery men were very efficient in disposing of old rug and underpad and in the positioning new ones. They even cleaned the floor before putting down the new rug!
Minor complaint in that they were 1/2 hour late with delivery

We had a large carpet made for our family room and we're completely satisfied with both the quality of the carpet and the workmanship. It was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony Hellman, the sales representative. We will definitely return to Dominion Rug for our flooring needs.

They were happy to let us take 4 rugs on spec for 3 days with just our name and phone number. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with both in making a decision and completing the sale which we did by phone.
I will go back to him for our next purchase for sure!

The crew actually arrived ten minutes early!! That hardly ever happens!
