I have used this company, and though they have good service, they policy to return to your property and automatically assume what you want (and charge you) is asinine. I had specifically requested the last two years that I will call to initiate any service I require, but they don't seem to understand the simple English request. Not inclined to refer any more.

I am sorry that you have decided to discontinue our services. I am happy to hear that you were pleased with our services provided to you. For the ease of our customers we automatically renew services from season to season and should you need to make any changes to your account at the end of the season, all we require is an email or notification that you do not wish to renew. We do let you know on every piece of literature that services do continue from season to season. Again, I am sorry that you have chosen to discontinue your services with us.
