Customer service was above expectation! The Plummer, Wayne was punctual, came within few hours of the call. His workmanship was notably over the top. Not only was his work done very well, he was also helpful as he explained what he was doing as he worked along, while I watched. Besides that he impressed me very much with his attention to being neat & taking care to clean up every drop of residue or water droplets as he worked, as well as being very conscious of not tracking up the floor. Truly a caring person. Added to this he came back to reinstall the laundry faucet which needed replacing as it was making a grinding sound when turned on. No charge for the installation of the new faucet. Sonia, & Olga at Drain Rescue went above & beyond to accommodate me to ensure I was happy with their service. They reduced my cost to compensate, were polite, considerate & understanding of my request. To Wayne, Olga and Sonia, a very grateful thank you.
