We were faced with a potential sewer back-up due to roots inflitration in the sewer pipes. We called Drainworks to assess the situation and would like to commend Armando and his team on an excellent job. They were very professional, polite and clean, mindful of causing the least possible damage to our home while doing the repairs. Armando very patiently explained to us what had to be done, the cost involved and answered our questions. He provided us with good advice and suggestions demonstrating his experience and knowledge. He called the city and intiated the drain grant process. Plumbing can be a nasty job and a person like Armando is invaluable in doing the job right the first time, every time.
