Our home was a new build, so the issue was primarily collateral debris that was left in the drain from the builder. Matt's professionalism was exceptional in that he took the time to educate us on the way the drain and pipes worked and the factors that would lead up to this type of blockage in a new home. He even taught us about the type of snake he was using and how it worked. He was polite and earnest, he listened to our questions and made us feel like we were important as the customer. Matt even gave us options for fixing the problem, one of which included my husband attempting to do it on his own -- Not gonna happen!
