During the recent ice storm I was, like many people, cold and concerned. I was scared about the possibility of my pipes and rads freezing when my electricity had been out for 3 days. I spoke to several people at Dupont who talked me through draining my rads and then later, the process of refilling them and going my system working properly. They didn't ask me about my status as a customer - they just wanted to help.
When I have had issues with my AC or boiler in the past I have used Dupont with very positive results. but this was the instance that really made the biggest difference
