Dynasty Spas and Games Room - No Longer in Business

They have a monopoly on Dynasty Spa hot tubs. They charged so much just to come. Then they charged by the hour, not the job. So they filled up the tub...they could have gone for lunch! When I complained as my bill was about $600 one time and $500 another, they took off the $80 travel time only. They said if I could not afford to fix it, I should not have bought a hot tub. So rude. Now again, something else is wrong with the tub....a valve came off. Who would YOU recommend???!!!

That store is no longer in business. The problem was not the product as I have had mine for 6 years without any issues. Good product, just bad business management with the store owner

Worst hot tub ever. Blowers fail, headrests fell apart, pump failed ect ect ect.
Terrible customer service - got lucky and actually had a very nice young lady get back to us -- the unit is intermitent and unreliable.

Biggest piece of junk. All pumps replace in less than 3 years, now the control panel wont shut off pump 2. If this was a car I would envoke the lemon law!

My hot tub repair man is sick of visiting our home. Hates working on our spa. Should he know it intimately? He does. So many leaks I cant keep track of what we've spent. Would love to put it to the curb. Never buy one.

Purchased a dynasty spa from Dynasty spas and leisure (Mississauga) about 5 years ago. They should have built these with quick attach latches as my side panels have been off for repairs so often I have had to replace all of the screws. I live in Muskoka and Dynasty Spas take forever to send the repair technician. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on as you have to deal (fight) with the manufacturer in Tennessee. I wouldn't buy another one.

Went to look for a tub and was told that the only hot tub that I could get a deal on was the Trident tub. I nwanted the bigger tub but the sales person convinced me wife that she would not be comfortable in the bigger tub as she would not be able to stay in a seat because she would float away. she's 5 foot 9. The sales person also told me that I was unable to pick a colour if I wanted the deal price. Therefore my tub is not the one I would have picked and also not the colour I wanted. Only to find out I didn't get a deal.

Be very careful if you purchase anything from them. Had been to the Toronto Home Show 2009. Had put down a conditional deposit of 4000.00 for the hot tub. They stated that i would have no problem having the money refunded to me the next day if i did not want the tub and that it was a good idea to put a deposit down because they were selling so well. Came back the next day and I advised them that i did not want the hot tub. They would not refund the deposit at the show but stated would refund the next day from the head office. This never happened. It has taken over 30 days and numerous phone calls to my Visa card company and the manager of the Toronto Home show before I got my deposit back from Visa. They still have not issued a refund despite there written and verbal communication. They had no intention of returning the money.

My husband & I purchased a Dynasty Spa hot tub at the Home Show. While we were under the understanding that we could hold off on delivery until a date of our choosing (we have recently moved into a new home and currently don't have grass) we were late told that we had to take possession of the hot tub sooner than expected. An agreement was reached with the vendor that was satisfactory and while we did have to take possession of the tub much sooner than expected the vendor has been really great at making arrangements for future moving & removing for us. They also upgraded our tub to compensate for our trouble. We don't have it up & running yet but we're sure that we'll be very happy with our purchase once it is installed and are confident that Dynasty will be helpful if any hiccups occer in the future.
