We are slowly making a few changes to our new house and decided to better secure our side doors. We found Eagle Doors & Locksmith on Homestars, spoke to George on Christmas Eve and had the Torrsec reinforcement system installed on three exterior doors a mere four days later. George and his crew showed up on time and spent most of the day installing the door reinforcements (which he designed) to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. We could not be happier with the end result and would highly recommend George and his team. After a few misfires with our original locksmith, we could not be happier with the quality of work and attention to detail Eagle Doors & Locksmith brought to our job. We will have George on speed dial for any future work we may need.

Called Jorge at Eagle after reading reviews on HomeStars. Almost two months ago we moved into our first home. I called Jorge to see if he would come out and re-key the locks. He was great, came as soon as he could after the home closed. When he got there he discovered High Security locks were in place, so he could not re-key, but suggested installing new locks. Was very honest and up front about the costs as well as they benefits and answered my many questions, not to mentioned offered advice on increasing security. In addition, he installed pin locks on the back patio door. He did a great job and was very professional about everything. Sorry the review took so long Jorge, we have been swamped getting settled, but I wanted to make sure to leave the feedback because it was other great reviews that convinced me to call Eagle and it was the right choice. I could not recommend Joreges and his crew enough. He came to my unit within an hour of a call today to fix what seemed to be a broken lock and, when and even WORSE emergency turned out to be the problem, he didn't even blink! He helped me with my options to fix up the door and lock as best he could right away and then took the time to fully outline a bunch of long-term options for me to consider in order to iron out the real problem. He was extremely patient, kind and understanding with the entire situation. I know the next time I need help with a door, I will be calling Eagle. And I would absolutely encourage everyone in their service area to do the same.

I needed to find a contractor who could not only supply and install secure, energy efficient doors but also knew enough about the products to walk me through all the available options so I could make informed decisions. George Torres of Eagle is that guy. Instead of coming in and insisting every door had to be new he offered creative alternate solutions utilizing an existing door and his Torrsec Door Security System. He also understood that after security and energy efficiency were addressed aesthetics were also important to me. George Torres proved to be a very patient man as he then walked me through colour and hardware choices. I recently had my house broken into and it seemed so simple. The burglars used crow bars to wedge the door open a bit and then they kicked it a few times and it was open, probably less than a minute. I contacted George and he came over to first temporarily secure the doors since I was unable to close it since the incident. I asked George about those new systems to help re-enforce the doors and make it much harder to kick open. Luckily he has his own system called TorrSec. There are other systems in the market, but the one big difference that I saw in this one is that it prevents against crow bar use. This incident shows you can never totally secure your home, however, since door kicking is the most popular way to break into a home, this door system that George has should make it much tougher.
